Extremely inept management Positive: The location suited us, we needed to be close to a festival at the University Marriott Negative: no information about getting in until 1 minute after check-in. lots of apologies and no action. It's on a very loud corner and the front door needs to be rehung or weather stripped so that you don't see the air coming through and hear the consequential noise to the very busy area. Couldn't bake the food I had planned due to no oven proof bakeware. And when I sent a message they couldn't provide me with anything other than apologies and saying they would pass the message on to the owner for future guests. I have the feeling this place is going to be sold soon because they asked if someone could come in for an inspection while we were there. I said we would prefer no intrusions. They showed up anyway! No soap at the bathroom sinks and ran out of toilet paper after 2 days. No parking pass readily available as promised. Just very poorly managed! Too bad, because the property is well decorated and well located but needs some attention obviously

Comfortable spot right across the street from campus. Positive: Didn't get check-in information until shortly before check-in, but was still easy to get in, access wifi. The two sides are similar bed/bath with one side having more of an en suite and a small desk, the other with a table but no chair. I didn't stay long enough to use much of the kitchen or living area, but there are pots, pans, dishes, coffee and waffle maker and a water filter in the fridge. Negative: You're right on the corner of a fairly busy intersection but the bedrooms really didn't have much road noise.

Positive: Its a nice house. Walkable to stores, restaurants, and UofA. Parking permit made it easy to leave the car and walk everywhere. Negative: House is located at a very busy intersection.

Excellent stay Positive: Big, clean, location Negative: I made a reservation for five persons, and they charged me one extra while I had to do the check in. So it was 25 dollars more expensive than my reservation, even if we were five person ask my reservation and in my finding in bookings. There was a music since 12 AM until 3 AM around all the house playing constantly.
